Our leisure apartment is a beautyful one bedroom apartment is perfect for people who like to have space for them to enjoj vacation to the fullest.

The apartment area is 50m2. This beautiful attic apartment is located on a in a recently renovated 275 years old stone house.

(One of the first houses built in Baška Voda in 1747.)

It includes a toilet with a shower,kitchen, one bedroom,

living area with couch that can be stretched into a bed for two more people if needed.

The Apartment has a small terrace in the back of the house suitable for eating or reading on fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is air conditioned.
(The bedroom and living room have separate air conditioning)

It has two TV's. One large screen smartTV in living room
and a small tv in the bedroom. It has IPTV
with movies on demand and international channels.

There is a highspeed internet LAN connection (up to 1000Mbps) in the apartment.

Also a high speed 5ghz WiFi connection on the whole property.

Parking is available for no additional charge.

The area in front of the house can be used for eating outside and barbecue.

Transfer from airport is possible (ask).
