Our Deluxe apartment is a large one bedroom apartment made with intention to make vacation as comfortable as possible to our guests.

The apartment area is 75m2. This beautiful attic apartment is located on a in a recently renovated 275 years old stone house.
(One of the first houses built in Baška Voda in 1747.)

It has a big spacious bedroom with its own shower next to the bed.
A separate bath with toilet, kitchen with dishwasher.

In the living area there is a couch bed that can be stretched into a full sized bed for two more people if needed.

The Apartment has a balcony in the back of the house suitable for a cosy evening drink in a bubble bath or sunbathing in the afternoon.

Did we say it has a bubble bath on the balcony?

The kitchen is fully equipped and apartment is air conditioned.
(The bedroom and living room have separate air conditioning)

It has two TV's. One large screen smartTV with Playstation4 in living room and a small tv in the bedroom. It has IPTV with
movies on demand and international channels.

There is a Highspeed Internet LAN connection (up to 1000Mbps) in the apartment. 
Also a high speed 5ghz WiFi connection on the whole property.

Parking is available for no additional charge.

The area in front of the house can be used for eating outside and barbecue.

Transfer from airport is possible (ask).
